AstraZeneca seeks a General Study Associate to support late-stage oncology clinical trials in Barcelona. The role involves managing study documentation, regulatory compliance, and coordination across clinical trial operations from protocol development through study close-out.
Responsibilities
- Establish, maintain, and close-out electronic Trial Master Files ensuring ICH/GCP compliance
- Coordinate collection of regulatory and essential study documentation with internal teams and vendors
- Create and manage clinical and regulatory documents for regulatory submissions and applications
- Plan and coordinate administrative appendices and documentation for Clinical Study Reports




- Maintain study information in AstraZeneca tracking systems and support team members in their use

Requirements
- Education in medical, biological sciences, or clinical research-related discipline
- Proven organizational and analytical skills with previous administrative experience
- Strong computer proficiency and ability to learn clinical study processes
- Working knowledge of ICH/GCP guidelines and clinical trial regulations
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within teams
