Responsibilities
- Lead daily warehouse, inventory, shipping, receiving, and Value-Added Services operations
- Manage, coach, and develop warehouse team members with performance management oversight
- Monitor inventory accuracy and material movement through SAP WM systems
- Review shipping documentation, freight records, and system transactions for compliance
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and service levels

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 7+ years warehouse operations or supply chain experience
- Proven people management and team development in logistics or distribution environment
- Medical devices or healthcare sector experience
- SAP Warehouse Management (WM/WMS) systems proficiency
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Knowledge of regulated distribution environments preferred

Compensation: €52,800–€79,200 annually
