Edwards Lifesciences seeks a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to optimize production processes and oversee device manufacturing at the Valencia facility. The role combines process improvement, compliance management, and technical team leadership to support medical device production.
Responsibilities
- Apply technical principles to optimize manufacturing processes using LEAN and Six Sigma methods
- Design and oversee complex experiments and validation protocols for manufacturing qualification
- Analyze and resolve manufacturing and compliance issues including CAPAs and audit observations
- Develop work instructions and training materials for production technicians and knowledge transfer




- Lead project planning and execution using project management tools to meet customer expectations

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science with 4+ years experience, or Master's/Ph.D. equivalent
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite and MS Project; CAD experience preferred
- Knowledge of FDA regulations for medical devices
- Experience with lab and industrial equipment
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking capabilities
- Leadership skills with ability to influence organizational change
