Responsibilities
- Execute clinical sales plans to maximize da Vinci system utilization across assigned territory
- Lead surgical team training sessions on system operations and clinical applications
- Support case selection and ensure consistent system usage with surgical teams
- Develop qualified lead pipelines and engage surgeon thought leaders and hospital staff
- Manage administrative tasks including sales reporting, expense documentation, and outcomes tracking

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum two years in medical device support/training or healthcare sales
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluent in English and local language
- Proven ability to work effectively in team environments
- Up to 70% travel and field presence
- Operating room environment knowledge preferred
