We have high expectations for performance and delivering results; In this role, you will partner closely with business systems leadership to define and execute enterprise architecture initiatives, and will be accountable for the overall coherence, stability, and extensibility of the systems that support marketing, sales, and quote-to-cash.
Salesforce is the center of that landscape, but the scope of this role extends across the full GTM stack, including deciding which workflows should be built on Salesforce, and which should not. Success in this role means enabling a high-performing, scalable GTM technology ecosystem that measurably improves sales effectiveness through faster quoting,



better data quality, streamlined processes, and reduced manual workarounds. The idóneo candidate will establish a stable, well-documented architecture foundation that supports future growth while mentoring administrators and developers to deliver higher-quality solutions more efficiently. They will serve as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders on roadmap planning, prioritization, and change management, ensuring technology decisions align with business objectives and enterprise architecture standards.
This position is open to remote candidates within the United States with up to 10% travel as needed.
Architecture & Design
Define and maintain the technical architecture vision for GTM systems, spanning Salesforce and the surrounding ecosystem of GTM tooling
Identify and close architectural gaps that create fragility, redundancy, or silos, and represent those constraints in planning discussions
