A globally recognised multidisciplinary consultancy providing integrated engineering, architecture and project delivery services across complex infrastructure, transportation, energy, and building developments.
Leadership & Team Management: Lead and mentor the project teams, providing guidance, motivation, and direction to ensure efficient project execution and adherence to the timeline.
Oversee and monitor the contractors and sub-contractors' activities to ensure successful completion of delivery as per contracts' requirements, specifications and timelines.
Oversee day-to-day on-site Construction operations and advise on technical, logistical and administrative issues in order to ensure seamless projects delivery.




Lead periodic meetings with the contractors´ planning teams in order to ensure successful completion of delivery as per contracts' requirements, specifications and timelines, and in synergy with other assets of the program.
Strategic Planning: Develop and execute project plans aligned with the Client objectives, ensuring clarity in project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Stakeholder Management: Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, Client, contractors, and regulatory bodies, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
Quality Assurance: Maintain rigorous quality standards, overseeing the implementation of best practices and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
Budgeting & Resource Management: Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and procurement processes to optimize project efficiency while controlling costs.
