Key Responsibilities
Deliver premium support to customers within the travel and mobility sector through various communication channels




Manage car-sharing reservations and assist users with real-time inquiries regarding fleet availability and booking modifications
Troubleshoot technical issues related to the car-sharing mobile application to ensure a seamless travel experience
Maintain high satisfaction levels by offering personalized solutions tailored to the traveler's specific needs
Collaborate with international teams to optimize service delivery and brand reputation in the travel industry
Ensure all interactions reflect the company's commitment to efficiency, safety, and innovation in urban travel
Requirements
Native or fluent Spanish (spoken and written)
Advanced proficiency in English
Valid EU passport (mandatory)
