Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for operational excellence and customer satisfaction? We’re looking for an experienced Station Manager to oversee the daily operations of our car rental station, manage a high-performing team, and ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- 1. Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring all processes run smoothly and efficiently. Manage the availability, maintenance, and condition of the vehicle fleet. Coordinate vehicle rentals, returns, and cleaning schedules for optimal efficiency.
- 2. Customer Service: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and managing complaints. Train and support staff in delivering excellent customer service at every interaction.
- 3. Staff Management: Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate station staff, including rental agents and customer service representatives.



Schedule staff shifts and manage workloads to ensure operational efficiency and coverage.
- 4. Sales and Financial Management: Monitor and achieve sales targets, including upselling additional services. Manage the station’s budget, control operational costs, and ensure profitability.
- 5. Fleet Management: Oversee fleet operations, ensuring vehicles are well-maintained, clean, and ready for rental. Work closely with maintenance teams to ensure timely servicing and repairs. Optimize fleet utilization to meet customer demand and minimize idle time.
- 6. Compliance and Safety: Ensure all station operations comply with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements. Maintain a safe and secure environment for both employees and customers. Oversee proper documentation and record-keeping for all transactions.
