Job Overview We are currently seeking a highly motivated professional for a Portuguese Speaking Digital Trust and Safety Analyst position in Bulgaria to join our esteemed client in the social media industry. This critical role ensures a secure online environment by moderating content and upholding community standards for millions of general users.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and moderate user-generated content in Portuguese to ensure adherence to social media safety policies
- Identify, analyze, and mitigate potential risks and policy violations on the platform
- Maintain a high level of quality in content review to improve overall user safety and platform trust




- Stay updated on evolving social media trends and community standards to proactively address emerging issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine content policies and safety protocols
- Provide insightful feedback to stakeholders regarding platform safety metrics and user experience
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism in a fast-paced environment

Requirements
- Native or fluent Portuguese (spoken and written)
- Valid EU passport (mandatory)
- Strong proficiency in English to navigate internal systems and collaborate with international teams

- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to make objective decisions
