Chose to have no VCs on cap-table; Compliance is not a support function here. You will help execute the operational layer of Compliance and Legal . That means running onboarding, tracking multiple parallel workstreams, and making sure nothing slips between Compliance, other internal departments and external counterparties.

Responsibilities Compliance triage: monitor communication channels, assist counterparties with onboarding, track onboarding status, manage initial and final stages, and allocate daily tasks

Project management: manage timelines, track deliverables, and ensure projects are completed on schedule

Research & analysis: gather data and prepare concise summaries or briefs for the CLO and senior compliance/legal stakeholders

Organized and structured: able to map out processes, prioritize, and track multiple projects





Project management tools proficiency: we use Asana

Strong communication: clear writing and comfort with different stakeholders

Business sense: understands basics of business operations and finance

Candidate profile Must-haves At least 2 years of experience in operations, project management, consulting, finance, or similar role involving organisation and decision-making Alternatively, experience as a senior legal secretary or executive assistant in a high-performance environment

Experience managing projects or coordinating complex workflows

Familiarity with project management frameworks (Agile, Scrum, etc.)

Experience with project management tools
