Work closely with other hotel departments to facilitate services agreed upon by the sales office and prospective clients.

Negotiate rates, space rental and/or hotel services within approved booking guidelines.

Accurately produce and/or review all sales contracts, rate agreements,



and/or banquet/catering event orders.

Supervise the preparation, setup, and service of catering functions. Assist in managing event and catering budgets, monitoring expenses and ensuring cost‐effectiveness.

Conduct post‐event evaluations to gather feedback from clients and staff.

Qualifications Degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management or related studies.

+2 years of experience in luxury events or catering within the hospitality industry.

Fluent in Spanish and English.

Availability to work on weekends.
