The Opportunity
We are looking for a proactive, organised and adaptable graduate to join our Prestige Brands team as a coordinator. This role combines project coordination, executive support and stakeholder management, helping to ensure the smooth execution of key initiatives.
What you'll get to do




- Coordinate projects, meetings, events and leadership forums across Prestige Brands.
- Manage and coordinate the VP's agenda, travel arrangements and expenses.
- Support the preparation of presentations, reports and materials for senior leadership and key meetings.
- Track actions, timelines and priorities, ensuring effective follow-up and execution.
- Facilitate communication and coordination across internal and external stakeholders.
- Attend key meetings, document outcomes and follow up on agreed actions.

We'd love to meet you if you have
- Recent graduate or initial experience in project coordination, business support, or a related field.
- Fluent English is mandatory; Spanish and French are a plus.
- Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Able to bring structure to complexity and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
