We are looking for a Coordinator, Front Office to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute, learn and grow while helping shape the experiences and impact we create across Costa Navarino.

In this position, you will support the smooth and efficient operation of the Front Office department through administrative and operational support, contributing to team efficiency and a seamless guest experience.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate communication between guests and departments via email and phone.
- Manage orders and stock of Front Office supplies.
- Support HR-related administrative tasks, including roster changes and daily records.
- Check daily guest arrivals and report any issues to the Team Leader.
- Monitor flight schedules and communicate any changes or delays to Front Office Management.
