As VP Brand u0026amp; Communications, you shape Factorial's global brand and narrative as it evolves from HR platform to AI for Business. You lead a multidisciplinary team spanning brand, creative, content, communications, and PR, partnering with Marketing, Product, Sales, and People. You’ll define positioning, identity, tone, and corporate storytelling across markets, driving credible, measurable brand impact. The role offers a high-visibility opportunity to influence how businesses view AI-powered operations and scale brand value globally. You will lead with vision, clarity, and a strong, cross-functional approach.
