¿Qué harás en tu nuevo puesto?
- Manage the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
- Coordinate and maintain personnel administration processes.
- Support payroll-related activities and employee documentation.
- Manage employee benefits, including private health insurance, meal vouchers and transportation benefits.
- Maintain and update employee records through Personio.
- Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.
- Support employee relations and serve as the first point of contact for HR-related queries.
- Prepare HR reports and metrics for local and general stakeholders.




- Collaborate with managers on people-related matters and organisational initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with Spanish labour legislation and internal policies.
- Support recruitment processes when required.

¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?
- 2-3 years of experience in a generalist HR position.
- Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Labour Relations or similar.
- Fluent Spanish and a high level of English are essential.
- Experience managing HR administration and employee lifecycle processes.
- Comfortable working with HR systems; experience with Personio is a plus.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Mature, discreet and highly confidential approach to sensitive information.
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to take ownership and make an impact.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously within a small and agile team structure
