In this role, you will strengthen the end-to-end lesson journey by turning customer signals into scalable workflows and cross-functional fixes. You’ll partner with Product, Care, and Supply Ops to improve scheduling, delivery, and handling of issues, enabling smoother learner and tutor experiences. You’ll operationalize launches and minimize long-term support debt while driving measurable improvements in satisfaction and efficiency. This is a chance to shape scalable processes within a global, human-led, AI-enabled learning platform. You will operate at the intersection of customer experience and product, delivering impact across a broad learner community.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Own lesson-journey outcomes by tracking CSAT and journey-related metrics; identify trends and friction points
• Design and refine scalable Customer Care workflows for scheduling, delivery, and exceptions
• Coordinate with Product, Care,



and Supply Ops to prioritize high-impact opportunities
• Influence product and policy changes through customer signals and operational learnings
• Lead or contribute to cross-functional initiatives focused on satisfaction, policy adoption, and efficiency

Responsabilidades
• 2+ years in Customer Experience, Operations, Program/Project Management, or Consulting
• Proven track record designing and refining operational workflows
• Strong execution and prioritization; able to xghoner influence without direct authority
• Analytical and data-fluent; translate signals into recommendations
• Proficient with BI tools (e.g., Looker) and basic SQL knowledge
• Strong communication and stakeholder management
• Customer-centric, proactive, and solutions-oriented
