In this role, you will lead the delivery of extended MDR services in a cybersecurity-focused environment, guiding a ~10-person team and coordinating with practice leads and clients. You’ll manage projects under deadlines and budgets, ensure service quality, and foster strong client relationships. Your work will span cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder communication, and technical guidance to ensure successful project execution and satisfaction. This is a hands-on leadership role with a clear impact on delivery excellence and client outcomes.

• Lead and manage a team of ~10, including coaching, performance reviews, and administrative duties
• Participate in recruitment and onboarding of new team members
• Ensure customer satisfaction and successful delivery of managed services
• Plan and manage projects within defined timelines and budgets
• Oversee cybersecurity service delivery in collaboration with Practice Leads and other departments
• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and understand their operational needs
• Ensure services align with industry best practices and standards
• Monitor project progress and provide updates to practice management and senior leadership
• Provide technical guidance and support to stakeholders as needed
Responsabilidades
• At least 5 years of professional experience in an international environment xghoner
• At least 2 years of experience in people and/or project management
• Knowledge of the cybersecurity landscape and vendors (SIEM, Splunk, etc.)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is a plus
• Fluency in English; additional lang
