As the Global Compensation Expert, you will shape and deliver Jet Aviation’s worldwide pay strategy to attract, motivate, and reward talent. You will partner with HR, Total Rewards, and business leaders to align pay with strategy, culture, and regulatory requirements across regions. You will lead job architecture, salary structures, annual cycles, benchmarking, and pay equity, driving data-driven decisions at scale. This role offers visible global impact within a dynamic, cross-cultural organisation.

• Set and lead integral, regional, and local compensation programs aligned with business priorities
• Own the global compensation framework including job architecture, leveling, and salary structures
• Plan and manage merit, bonus, and equity cycles with tools, timelines, and communication
• Oversee international benchmarking, market pricing, and survey participation
• Provide expertise on salary offers,



pay decisions, and executive compensation activities
• Ensure regulatory compliance, pay transparency, and equal pay across regions
• Collaborate with regional teams to maintain pay competitiveness and execution of programs

• Represent Jet Aviation with industry groups and regulatory bodies

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline (minimum)
• At least seven years in HR and compensation with deep knowledge of practices and regulations
• Proven experience designing and administering compensation programs aligned with culture and strategy
• xghoner Knowledge of international regulatory environments and their impact on compensation
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, and exp
