As Legal Counsel, you will steer high-priority corporate transactions, focusing on joint ventures and co-investments to enable Fever’s general growth. You’ll work within the Corporate/Mu0026amp;A team to align deals with Fever’s strategy and risk appetite, collaborating with business dealmakers across jurisdictions. Expect a fast-paced environment where your legal and commercial acumen scales the business. This role offers meaningful impact in shaping Fever’s international expansion.

• Draft and review joint venture and co-investment documents and related agreements

Responsabilidades
• Barred/practising lawyer (corporate or law firm) with at least 4 years PQE in corporate transactions
• Experience in Mu0026A or partnerships; media/entertainment is a plus
• Fluent in English with strong legal English; Spanish preferred
• Strong academic record or experience in top-tier firms/companies xghoner
• Keen attention to detail and strong financial/commercial awareness
• Strong technical skills and adaptability in new areas
• Effective communicator with emotional intelligence
