As a Senior Sponsorship Sales Manager in Fever's Brand Partnerships team, you will drive sponsorship growth across Madrid and Fever's portfolio of Fever Originals and Official Partnerships. You will own sponsor relationships, shape proposals, and steer end-to-end deal cycles to hit revenue targets. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to craft compelling, data-informed sponsorship solutions and expand partnerships across markets. This role offers the chance to shape global campaigns for major brands in a fast-growing creative agency-like environment.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Own and manage commercial relationships with prospective and existing sponsors in the territory
• Meet and exceed sponsorship revenue targets on a monthly and quarterly basis
• Drive end-to-end pipeline creation and deal cycle management
• Lead new sponsor acquisition and land-and-expand initiatives across Fever properties
• Identify high-potential sponsors leveraging Fever's ecosystem and market knowledge
• Map stakeholders across brand, marketing, media, partnerships, experiential, and procurement
• Develop outbound strategies to generate qualified sponsorship opportunities
• Lead discovery calls to translate client objectives into sponsorship solutions
• Craft compelling, insight-led sponsorship proposals aligned with objectives
• Negotiate commercial terms through contract signature and ensure value creation
• Collaborate with Marketing, Partnerships, Creative, and Operations for differentiated proposals
• Maintain CRM hygiene, forecast accuracy, and visibility across opportunities
Responsabilidades
• 5+ years in B2C event sponsorship sales
• Strong network of direct client and agency contacts in major xghoner industry verticals
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Entrepreneurial, self-starte
