As a Procurement Operations Manager in Glovo’s General Procurement team, you will lead and optimize procurement operations in Barcelona, ensuring compliant, efficient processes from requisition to purchase order. You’ll coach a procurement team, own KPIs, and translate data into actionable insights for leadership. You’ll drive process simplification, digitalisation, and automation while partnering with Technology and cross-functional teams to evolve governance and controls. This role offers a high-impact opportunity to scale procurement services in a fast-paced, international environment.

• Manage complex operational issues and provide root-cause resolution
• Build cross-functional relationships as a key Operations partner to Procurement, Accounts Payable, and Finance

Responsabilidades
• Experience in Procurement Operations, Source-to-Pay or Procure-to-Pay in an international setting
• Proven leadership and people development experience
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, governance, and controls
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with data/KPIs-driven decision making
• Experience leading process improvement, xghoner digitalisation, automation or transformation
