A 50m Feadship private motor yacht is seeking an experienced Bosun holding CM 3000GT to join the vessel in Palma ASAP.

The yacht will initially be undertaking yard work before commencing summer cruising in the Mediterranean with a well-experienced owner.

This is a permanent position offering the opportunity to step up and take on additional responsibility when the Mate is away.

Requirements:

- Bosun experience on a similar-sized motor yacht
- CM 3000GT qualification essential
- Strong deck skills and good maintenance standards
- Proactive, hands-on attitude, with the ability to work well within a team
- Confident taking on additional responsibility when required
