We are looking for Dutch-speaking Customer Representatives to assist customers with online orders, deliveries and related enquiries.

Your responsibilities:
- Assist customers via phone and chat;
- Answer questions about orders, deliveries and related issues;
- Follow up on missed calls and customer enquiries;
- Record interactions and requests in the CRM system;
- Provide professional, customer-focused support.
Requirements:
- Fluent Dutch, written and spoken;
- Good working knowledge of English;
- Good communication and organisational skills;
- Ability to multitask and use computer systems efficiently;
- A patient, professional and proactive approach;
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage.
Working conditions:
- Permanent contract from day one;

- Monday to Friday, 09:00-18:00, plus two Saturdays per month;
