As a member of the Solution Consulting team, you will drive telecom-focused advisory and technical guidance to support sales cycles and customer transformations. You’ll combine deep industry knowledge with hands-on solution delivery to position ServiceNow in telco environments. You will mentor peers, shape account strategies, and provide feedback to product teams, helping telecom operators modernize service operations and workflows. This role offers meaningful impact by enabling telcos to realize efficient, AI-enabled processes at scale.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Support product sales as a telecom-domain expert within a client-facing sales team
• Lead discovery workshops and demos tailored to telecom use cases
• Discuss industry-specific processes and systems (service operations, network workflows, order/case management)
• Answer technical questions and map platform capabilities to telecom realities
• Collaborate with Sales on account strategies and opportunities in telecommunications
• Provide feedback to Product Management for telco-focused enhancements
• Share best practices and mentor junior consultants in telecom domain
• Stay informed on market trends and competitive positioning
• Support marketing events and industry conferences in telecom
Responsabilidades
• 7+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience
• Strong experience in the telecommunications industry with understanding of telco operations
• Experience with major telecom operators or vendors; prior experience with Telefónica, xghoner Vodafone, Orange valued
• Proficiency with ServiceNow product or strong cloud software technical expertise
• Experience collaborating with Product Management, Product Marketing, partners, and Professional Services
• Territory management skills and ability to drive pipeline with Sales
