In this role you will manage SAP Basis operations for S/4HANA while serving as the service delivery owner for SAP Hosting. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to keep SAP landscapes performing reliably and securely at mission‑critical scale. You’ll drive end‑to‑end hosting delivery, including capacity planning, automation, and integration with Airbus networks. This position blends hands‑on technical administration with service management to ensure high‑availability SAP systems. Compensaciones / Incentivos
• SAP Basis administration for S/4HANA (installation, configuration, patching, upgrades)
• Monitor performance, availability and stability; proactively resolve issues
• Manage SAP Transport Management System (TMS) and deployment of changes
• Troubleshoot complex SAP S/4HANA issues across DB, OS,



and application layers
• End-to-end service delivery management for SAP hosting incl. SLAs, KPIs, and service improvements
• Infrastructure orchestration for high‑performance SAP HANA workloads
• Promote deployment automation using Ansible and Terraform
• Lifecycle and capacity management of server hardware/virtual resources
• Coordinate with infrastructure teams for seamless component delivery and security integration
• Collaborate xghoner on SAP project implementations, migrations and landscape transformations
• Document configurations, workflows, and troubleshooting steps
• Provide technical support and guidance to end users and IT teams

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor in Computer Science (or related)
• Proven SAP Basis Administrator with S/4HANA focus
• Experience in Service Delivery Management for enterprise server infrastructure
