As Finance Process Excellence Manager, you design and standardize core finance processes across O2C, I2P, R2R, and Master Data Management to enable automation and transformation. You will lead a small team to remove bottlenecks, implement governance, and drive efficiency within the finance organization. The role focuses on building scalable processes and partnering with cross-functional teams to support the company’s transformation goals. You will shape how finance operates at scale and contribute to a data-driven, automated future. This is a high-impact opportunity to influence process standards in a fast-growth, global environment.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Establish process standards, governance, and best practices across the finance function
• Identify bottlenecks and design improvement roadmaps aligned with the Finance Transformation strategy
• Lead a high-performing team (5-7 direct reports)



and foster a culture of ownership and excellence
• Oversee master data management strategy (customers, vendors, chart of accounts)
• Drive continuous improvement with KPIs (touchless ratio, cost, quality, headcount impact)
• Prepare processes for automation by identifying RPA/AI opportunities and documenting processes for automation

Responsabilidades
• 5-7 years of experience in finance process management, operational improvement, or business transformation
• Proven team leadership with 3+ direct reports and talent development
• Hands-on redesign/optimization experience in P2P, R2R, xghoner or O2C processes
• ERP experience (SAP, Microsoft); familiarity with Celonis and process automation tools; data governance exposure
• Strategic and analytical mindset with comfort in ambiguity and change
• Experience with lean/six sigma or continuous improvement frameworks
