In this role you will drive Genmab’s oncology portfolio in Spain by building strategic relationships with hospitals, cancer centers, and key oncology stakeholders. You will lead territory planning, access initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration to promote innovative antibody therapies for solid and gynecologic cancers. You will navigate reimbursement and formulary processes to enable patient access while upholding ethical and compliant practices. This position offers a meaningful opportunity to shape access to cutting-edge treatments and impact patient outcomes across Spain.

• Develop and execute a territory business plan to meet or exceed commercial objectives

• Ensure adherence to Spanish law, industry codes, and internal compliance policies
• Engage stakeholders via both virtual and in-person channels to maximize access and engagement
• Champions Genmab’s oncology portfolio with credibility and ethical commitment
• Drive territory management through strategic planning and efficient resource use
• Drive regional and local access initiatives following national reimbursement
• Map and engage regional payers, hospital leaders, and procurement teams
