Remote seeks an EOR Compliance & Audit Lead to run the audit execution layer across onboarding, mobility, lifecycle, and benefits. You will coordinate with payroll operations and serve as a peer SME to Legal and International Operations, resolving domain-level questions and guiding risk tiering decisions.
You will design AI-assisted audit workflows, produce domain-level findings, and drive remediation to closure across multiple countries in parallel, reporting to the Sr.
