About The Role

We are looking for a passionate and proactive Marketing Intern to join the NIVEA Analytics & Men Category team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in brand management within one of the world's leading skincare brands. As a Marketing Intern, you will support the team in the development and execution of marketing plans, product launches, consumer campaigns, and business analysis, while working closely with cross-functional teams across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Brand Management Support
- Assist in the execution of the annual brand plan and marketing initiatives.
- Support the development and launch of new products and innovations.
- Coordinate packaging, artwork, and communication materials.
- Prepare presentations and recommendations for internal stakeholders.
- Consumer & Market Analysis
- Monitor market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities.
- Analyze sales performance, market share, and category dynamics.
- Support the preparation of business reviews and performance reports.




- Identify growth opportunities and contribute to action plans.
- Campaign & Communication Execution
- Support the implementation of 360 marketing campaigns across TV, digital, social media, influencer marketing, and point of sale.
- Coordinate with creative, media, PR, and digital agencies.
- Track campaign performance and consolidate results.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, E-Commerce, Supply Chain, Finance, and Regional Marketing teams.
- Support budget tracking and administrative processes.
- Assist in coordinating projects with international and local stakeholders.

Your Profile
- Bachelor's or Master's student in Marketing or a related field.
- Native Spanish speaker.
- Excellent command of English.
- Strong analytical skills, a proactive mindset, and a positive attitude.
- Eager to learn, takes initiative, and thrives in a dynamic environment.
