Overview

In this role you steer the content portfolio for Lingokids, acting as the data-driven counterpart to creative leadership. You decide what content to greenlight, extend, or retire, and define success metrics tied to paid subscriber retention. You own release planning, live-ops, experimentation, and how content is surfaced to users, driving measurable impact. You work cross-functionally to ensure content delivers on retention goals and scales across the app. This is a high-impact role at a fully remote, mission-driven kids’ entertainment company.

Responsabilidades

- Manage the content portfolio and make go/no-go decisions based on contribution to paid subscriber retention
- Define success criteria for new content (early engagement, repeat play, retention)
- Own contents contribution to paid retention and defend leading indicators
- Lead release cadence and live-ops, including content packaging, sequencing, and audience exposure
- Run a pipeline of experiments on launch, packaging,



and surfacing with clear shipping rules
- Collaborate with Product and Design to shape in-app discovery and surfaces for content
- Define content performance targets and tell the leadership the ongoing performance story

Requisitos principales

- Experience as accountable PM, GM, or live-ops lead in a games business
- Proven track record delivering a KPI and making greenlight/scale/kill decisions based on data
- Fluent in retention curves, cohorts, engagement and session metrics
- Hands-on with SQL, Amplitude or equivalent; ability to brief analysts
- Experience running a release cadence, content calendar, or live-events pipeline
- Commercial mindset with respect for creative work and ability to drive it with targets
- People leadership experience and ability to build a function from a partial starting point
- English fluency (spoken and written), strong asynchronous communication
