In this role you will lead financial accounting, closing, and reporting within Wallbox’s Finance team, ensuring accurate financial information and strong internal controls. You will work cross-functionally to analyse performance, support audits, and drive process improvements. You will help scale finance operations as the company grows internationally and professionalize reporting and governance. This is a hands-on position with autonomy and a clear impact on financial reliability and decision-support, in a fast-moving, growth-focused environment.

Responsabilidades
- Manage monthly and year-end closing processes and review balance sheet and P&L; for discrepancies
- Perform reconciliations and ensure completeness and accuracy of financial information
- Prepare and support financial reporting and analysis; collaborate with accounting and finance teams
- Support issue resolution and follow-up on accounting matters; contribute to process improvement
- Monitor financial performance, analyze deviations from budget/forecast, and follow up on KPIs
- Provide financial analysis to support business decisions and cross-functional collaboration
- Support internal and external audits, strengthening controls and documentation
- Identify and implement opportunities to standardise and automate accounting processes
- Own assigned accounting processes end-to-end; manage deadlines and stakeholder communication
Requisitos principales
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or related field
- Several years of experience in financial accounting or financial reporting
- Strong technical understanding of financial accounting and statements
- Experience with month-end and year-end closing, reconciliations and analysis
- Experience with financial reporting, variance analysis, and KPI reporting
- Experience with audits and financial controls
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Interest in process improvement and automation
- High autonomy, ownership and attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders across Finance
- Good command of English
