Responsabilidades
- Set and influence engineering strategy while leading direct reports with autonomy
- Manage project plans, scope, timelines, and objectives to ensure on-time delivery
- Identify risks, craft mitigation plans, and coordinate cross-functional resolutions
- Oversee team work within own function and cross-functional projects, with possible budget responsibilities
- Develop talent plans aligned with departmental growth and capability needs
- Lead cross-functional groups to provide design recommendations for components or products with moderate complexity
- Participate in other incidental duties as needed
