Overview

As P&C; Senior Director Operations, you will lead the global operational excellence agenda for the People & Culture function, spanning Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, HR Administration, Learning and Development, and more. You’ll drive governance, process optimization, and digital enablement, including AI integration, to deliver scalable, data-driven, employee-centric P&C; services. You’ll partner with P&C; leadership to translate strategy into execution and elevate service quality and workforce insights. Responsabilidades

- Lead operational areas of the P&C; function ensuring alignment with strategy and governance
- Partner with Strategy & Business Partners to translate priorities into scalable execution
- Drive excellence across TA, Compensation & Benefits, L&D;, People Administration, and Soft Services via standardization and automation
- Ensure consistent People Administration services and policy rollout across geographies
- Design and evolve frameworks for GPS, TRSP, and other performance/processes for consistency and impact
- Lead integration of Artificial Intelligence into P&C; operations to improve decision-making and experience
- Own P&C; operations governance, including service catalogues, decision rights, and escalation
- Ensure timely reporting, budgeting, dashboards, and workforce data across domains




- Enhance P&C; analytics for evidence-based decisions and risk identification
- Define SLAs and KPIs, using data to drive accountability and continuous improvement
- Lead cross-functional projects to improve service delivery, experience, scalability, and efficiency
- Coordinate with general/local P&C; teams to ensure policy and system alignment
- Act as strategic partner to senior leadership, offering insights on workforce trends and service performance
- Champion employee-centric solutions and continuous improvement across services
- Lead and develop teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and high performance

Requisitos principales

- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Labor Relations, Human Resources, or related field
- 10+ years in senior P&C; roles within multinational environments
- Expertise across Compensation & Benefits, HR Administration, Talent Acquisition, L&D;, and HR Technology; labour relations and Personal Administration
- Experience leading cross-border teams and managing complex HR operations
- P&C; Business Partner experience is a strong asset
- Proven success in process optimization, AI, digital transformation, and operational strategy
- Fluency in English and Spanish
