As HR Talent Acquisition & Development, you will work under the supervision of the HR Manager to help further enhance the integration and development of our company staff. Your role: * Take ownership of the entire recruitment process and selection, which includes posting vacancies, processing and filtering applications, and organizing interviews. * Have a good understanding of recruitment tools and ensure the quality of job postings. * Liaise with headhunters to discuss job requirements and ensure that job profiles are accurately posted. * Plan and coordinate team meetings, activities, and external events. * Ensure that new hires have a smooth onboarding process, and help them understand the company's culture,
