Experteer Overview As Email u0026amp; Lifecycle Operations Manager, you own the end-to-end lifecycle program across email, in-product experiences, SMS, and sales sequences to deliver cohesive journeys. You will build processes, infrastructure, and cross-team workflows, turning unstructured activity into repeatable, measurable projects. This role blends operations with hands-on execution, focusing on deliverability, data health, and impact on conversions and revenue. You’ll collaborate across teams to optimize campaigns, enable data-driven decisions, and leverage AI for efficiency. This is a build-and-fix role with clear ownership of outcomes. Compensaciones / Incentivos • Own the end-to-end email and lifecycle program (workflows, data, deliverability) • Design and implement cross-channel journeys (email, Pendo in-product, SMS, sales sequences) for cohesive customer experience • Lead campaign intake and delivery process across content, design, and ops teams • Build and manage complex HubSpot workflows (triggers, segmentation, QA) • Maintain deliverability and database health (mailability,



bounce hygiene, sender reputation, re-permissioning) • Partner with BI to measure engagement and downstream revenue impact • Utilize AI and automation to speed up, scale, and standardize processes • Proactively identify opportunities to improve conversions, extend reach, and grow the marketable-contact base Responsabilidades • Deep HubSpot expertise (admin-level preferred) including workflows, lists, properties, subscription types, reporting • Operations mindset with process design and tooling focus • Ability to spot opportunities and convert them into impactful projects • Holistic, cross-channel thinking for unified customer journeys • Strong communication and stakeholder management; proactive risk signaling • Business acumen and work ethic; ownership of delivery end to end • Campaign operations experience with cross-functional coordination • Solid knowledge of email deliverability
