About the Role: The mission of the position is managing projects from the beginning (offer) until the end taking into consideration customer requirements, company’s targets, and project goals. Functions: * Preparation of project bid calculations based on cost and effort estimations and pricing strategies. * Offer and contract negotiations. * Keeping close contact to customers and building/strengthen customer relations. * Leading an interdisciplinary project team across different sites. * Monitoring of the project progress. * Project Controlling. * Ensuring budget compliance and on-time deliveries of all project deliverables. * Elaboration of action plans in case of deviations. * Involvement in customer complaint investigations. * Order management in SAP. Requirements: * Technical/Higher Industrial Engineering Degree. * Experience between 1-2 years managing industrial projects. * Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. * Knowledge of MS Office, including MS Project and knowledge of SAP is desirable. * Availability to travel (limited).
