Experteer Overview In this role you support client solutions within SLAs, focusing on configuration, installations, and break/fix activities. You will grow toward professional certifications while expanding your business knowledge. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and document standard procedures. Compensaciones / Incentivos • Owns substantial portions of installations and break/fix incidents of low to medium complexity • Takes responsibility for problem resolution and troubleshooting throughout the project lifecycle • Escalates complex problems to relevant third parties • Assists with documenting standard operating procedures for installations and fixes during ops handover • Compiles and maintains project administration (time capture and stakeholder feedback)
