What Impact You'll Make (Your Mission) Boolanga is doubling down on its direct-to-consumer e-commerce capabilities across multiple channels, including Amazon, our own e-shop, and dedicated e-commerce environments we operate on behalf of our platform partners like Uber and Bolt. Your mission will be to take these channels from an early-stage setup to structured, high-performing and scalable e-commerce engines.



What You'll Do * Manage and improve our Amazon presence (listings, A+ content, backend keywords, PPC coordination via Seller Central). * Drive conversion and performance improvements on our own e-shop (UX audits, content updates, merchandising, A/B testing). * Support the day-to-day operations of partner-operated e-commerce environments (e.g. Uber Eats, Bolt Food). * Run the day-to-day operations of our own eshop. * Execute and monitor performance marketing across Amazon Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and email (Klaviyo or similar). * Build and maintain dashboards in Google Analytics (GA4), Looker Studio, or equivalent tools to track KPIs and turn insights into concrete actions. * Work with all relevant stakeholders across supply chain, marketing, account management, finance, and leadership. * Contribute to strategic initiatives like product launches, go-to-market campaigns, product portfolio discussions, etc. *
