Experteer Overview In this role you will lead channel-based BTL execution aligned to brand strategy, focusing on shopper insights to drive flawless path-to-purchase outcomes. You will collaborate cross-functionally to standardize and adapt toolkit executions, while managing Au0026amp;P budgets and ROI. You’ll act as the customer marketing lead for priority brands, shaping BTL/ATL choices in partnership with Consumer Marketing. This position centers on fast, impactful activation in key markets with a strong emphasis on entrepreneurship and cross-functional influence. Compensaciones / Incentivos • Implement BTL strategy for the Channel in collaboration with cross-functional teams • Put shopper/guest at the center of decision making using insights and tools for path-to-purchase execution • Increase BTL consistency with 70% of executions drawn from Channel Marketing toolkits • Identify gaps and adapt toolkits to stay in line with brand and shopper strategy • Serve as Customer Marketing lead for priority brands with external focus and partnership with Consumer Marketing • Contribute to the IAP cycle bringing shopper, customer, and brand perspectives to BTL discussions • Maximise ROI on Au0026P, set clear objectives for all investment decisions including GTN spend • Oversee Au0026P budgets, including phasing and invoice/PO processes • Coordinate with Activations Managers to ensure flawless execution in Key Cities and Hotspots Responsabilidades • Minimum 3 years experience in Marketing or Commercial • Experience in Premium/FMCG preferred • Knowledge of channel operations from direct work with key customers in Marketing or Commercial • Proven track record in stakeholder management • Experience delivering shopper marketing activations or events preferred • Experience with BTL/Creative agencies beneficial • Exposure to Bacardi Way Of Growth for sustainable brand building • Fluent English and Spanish (essential) • Strong presentation and prioritization skills • Ability to mana
