Experteer Overview As Engineering Manager at Factorial, you will lead teams while staying closely connected to delivery, shaping AI-native product development and scalable architectures. You’ll translate business needs into technical roadmaps, mentor engineers, and foster a culture of rapid learning and responsible experimentation. You’ll drive cross-team collaboration and ensure production-ready AI features align with customer value and company goals. This is a hands-on leadership role at a company redefining how AI powers business workflows.
