About The Role We are looking for a passionate and proactive Marketing Intern to join the NIVEA Analytics & Men Category team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in brand management within one of the world's leading skincare brands. As a Marketing Intern, you will support the team in the development and execution of marketing plans, product launches, consumer campaigns, and business analysis, while working closely with cross-functional teams across the organization. Key Responsibilities * Brand Management Support * Assist in the execution of the annual brand plan and marketing initiatives. * Support the development and launch of new products and innovations. * Coordinate packaging, artwork, and communication materials. * Prepare presentations and recommendations for internal stakeholders. * Consumer & Market Analysis * Monitor market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities. * Analyze sales performance, market share, and category dynamics. * Support the preparation of business reviews and performance reports.



* Identify growth opportunities and contribute to action plans. * Campaign & Communication Execution * Support the implementation of 360 marketing campaigns across TV, digital, social media, influencer marketing, and point of sale. * Coordinate with creative, media, PR, and digital agencies. * Track campaign performance and consolidate results. * Cross-Functional Collaboration * Work closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, E-Commerce, Supply Chain, Finance, and Regional Marketing teams. * Support budget tracking and administrative processes. * Assist in coordinating projects with international and local stakeholders.
