Experteer Overview In this role you support pre-sales to shape and close services opportunities, working with Sales and Solution Development Architects to translate customer needs into compelling proposals. You’ll deepen your knowledge of Cisco’s portfolio to craft solution propositions aligned with business outcomes and contribute to RFPs and customer presentations. You’ll adapt to new technologies, including AI, to uncover and pursue enterprise and public sector opportunities while building strong cross-team relationships. This is a growth-focused, customer-centric role that combines technology, consulting, and mentoring.



Compensaciones / Ventajas • Support pre-sales opportunities from inception to close • Collaborate with Sales and Solution Development Architects to shape lifecycle and transformational opportunities • Develop knowledge of Cisco portfolio to create solutions aligned to customer outcomes • Contribute to Services RFPs/RFIs and customer presentations for targeted accounts • Identify and support new business opportunities through understanding customer challenges and trends • Champion the value of Cisco technology, software and services to stakeholders • Build trusted relationships across Cisco teams and take ownership of personal development • Maintain a curious mindset and continuously learn new technologies and business domains Responsabilidades • 8+ years of experience in technology, consulting, engineering, customer success or related field • Foundational knowledge of enterprise IT infrastructure (Networking, Security, Data Centre, Cloud or AI) • Excellent presentation and communication skills • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams, build relationships and own outcomes • Strong desire to learn and grow within Cisco Requisitos principales •
