We are looking for a proactive, customer-focused German speaker with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in developing a career in sales. Previous sales experience is a plus, but not essential. Experience in customer service, account management, retail, recruitment, e-commerce or other customer-facing environments can also be highly relevant. As an Inside Sales, you will: - Handle and qualify inbound requests from German-speaking prospects and clients - Present our products and solutions, understanding each client's needs - Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients - Track your pipeline and activity through CRM (Salesforce) - Collaborate with procurement, customer experience, and marketing to ensure an excellent client experience - Once inbound flow is under control,
