Experteer Overview As an Operational Lead, you will drive cost management across major data centre projects in Spain, guiding delivery, commercial strategy and team performance. You’ll partner with senior stakeholders to ensure quality, governance and profitability while shaping the growth of our Data Centre practice. You will lead a high-performing cost management team and implement delivery improvements to scale operations. and professional development • Act as senior escalation point for complex commercial, contractual, and operational issues • Drive operational performance and ensure governance across commissions • Manage Pu0026L, forecasting, financial reporting, and commercial decision-making • Maintain strong client relationships and lead executive-level discussions • Support business development and growth of the Data Centre practice in Spain Responsabilidades • 15+ years cost management experience in large-scale projects, preferably data centres or complex construction • Proven leadership of cost management and commercial teams in an operational capacity • Experience managing business performance with Pu0026L responsibility • Extensive experience across full cost management lifecycle (planning, estimating, procurement, pre/post-contract, final accounts) • Strong strategic mindset balancing delivery, commercial performance and long-term objectiv
