In this position, you will support the preparation of high-quality breads, pastries and bakery products while developing your baking skills under the guidance of senior chefs, ensuring consistency, quality and full compliance with hygiene, food safety and HACCP standards. Responsibilities * Follow established recipes and preparation and presentation methods in line with hotel and departmental standards and the instructions of the Sous Chef and Chef de Cuisine. * Maintain good knowledge of the menu, ingredients, portion sizes and preparation and presentation methods, ensuring the correct preparation of hot and cold pastry dishes. * Check refrigerators and storage areas daily, ensuring correct temperatures and the proper condition of perishable products, while taking preventive measures to minim
