Desktop Support Engineer - Madrid, Spain

€22 157,19 per annum - An initial contract of 12 months with the possibility of renewal

Working on-site in Madrid from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 18 pm.

What Will You Do

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
• Perform some Smart Hands support for networking hardware.
• Troubleshoot within Windows / iOS / Android OS support, software installations, and security updates.
• Manage Active Directory tasks.
• Troubleshoot basic network connectivity issues (LAN, WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi).

Requirements





What will you bring to ESP?

• 3+ years of experience providing IT infrastructure support, including hardware, software, and operating system troubleshooting
• Proficient Spanish and English (B2 level)
• Good command of Windows O/S
• Microsoft Office 365 troubleshooting experience
• Wireless networking knowledge
• Understanding of network protocols, server hardware and configurations
• Experience with Active Directory
• Advantage: Basic knowledge of LAN-WAN setups and concepts
