We are looking for a Marketing Consultant with hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and Data Cloud (Data 360) experience to join the General Tech Commercial & Marketing Services (GCMS) team at Bacardi.
This role combines CRM and marketing automation expertise with campaign execution, customer data management, content coordination, and IT Service Management (ITSM). The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with global stakeholders, supporting marketing teams, troubleshooting platform issues, and continuously improving CRM processes and workflows.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and execute small-to-medium CRM and digital marketing campaigns using Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Contact Builder.
• Design, implement, and optimize customer journeys and automated lifecycle marketing programs.
• Coordinate end-to-end campaign execution, including briefing, content coordination, audience segmentation, deployment, quality assurance (QA), and performance reviews.
• Build, test, and optimize personalized communications, email templates,



and multi-step customer journeys.
• Conduct A/B testing and analyze campaign performance to improve engagement and communication effectiveness.
• Create customer segments in Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360) and activate or publish segments to relevant platforms based on campaign requirements.
• Troubleshoot SFMC-related issues involving email deliverability, data quality, journeys, automations, and subscriber management.
• Provide platform guidance, best practices, and operational support to internal teams and regional markets.
• Collaborate with brand teams, creative teams, agencies, designers, and other business stakeholders.
• Support IT Service Management activities, including incident handling, escalation management, and service improvement.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of CRM processes, campaign templates, tools, and operational workflows.
