About the role
You will join the HR team covering Spain and Portugal and work side by side with the HR Manager Iberia. It is a hands-on internship: you will support the whole employee lifecycle and take part in real HR projects, with the guidance and feedback you need to grow.
• Location: Alcobendas (Madrid)
• Type: internship agreement with your university or business school
• Duration: 6 months, extendable
• Schedule: part-time or full-time, compatible with your studies
What you'll do
• Support day-to-day HR operations and administration across Spain and Portugal.
• Help manage the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to changes and exits.
• Contribute to payroll, benefits and time-and-attendance processes.
• Support learning and development initiatives.
• Work with Finance, external partners and our international HR colleagues.
• Take part in HR projects, HR systems and policy updates.
What you bring
• You are studying a bachelor's or master's degree in HR, Labour Relations, Law, Psychology, Business or a related field, and can sign an internship agreement with your university.
• Native or bilingual Spanish and fluent English.
• Italian is a plus
• Strong organisation, attention to detail and discretion.
• Curiosity, initiative and ease working with people at all levels.
