? The role
We are looking for a Commercial Director to lead Hotetec’s commercial growth.



You will define and execute our sales and expansion strategy, build and lead a high-performing sales team, and bring a strategic understanding of the hotel business to help our clients sell better through technology. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will have a key role in opening new markets and driving the company’s international expansion.

✅ Key responsibilities
• Design and execute the company’s commercial strategy, with short, medium and long-term growth targets.
• Lead the internationalisation plan: identify, prioritise and open new markets and business opportunities.
• Recruit, lead and develop the sales team, setting objectives, monitoring performance and supporting their growth.
• Drive new business acquisition with hotels, hotel chains and strategic partners.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients, hotel groups and industry partners.
