About the Role
At TORUS, we are looking for an experienced professional to join our team as a Contracts & Strategic Partnerships Manager, with a strong background in contract management, contractor and supplier negotiations, and cost control for construction projects.

We are seeking a commercially minded, results-driven professional with strong negotiation skills and a strategic outlook. In this role, you will help build and maintain strategic partnerships while ensuring our projects meet their technical, financial, and contractual objectives.

Key Responsibilities
• Negotiate and manage agreements with contractors and suppliers, securing competitive commercial and contractual terms.
• Administer, review, and monitor contracts to ensure all parties meet their contractual obligations.




• Evaluate technical and commercial proposals and participate in negotiating commercial terms and conditions.
• Review and validate construction progress claims, work completion records, and supporting documentation.
• Monitor budgets, committed costs, and contractual financial obligations, identifying potential cost overruns and deviations.
• Coordinate with project management, operations, finance and administration, and legal teams to ensure effective contract oversight.
• Manage contract variations, claims, disputes, and contract closeout processes.
• Prepare contract management and cost control reports for senior management.

Requirements
• University degree in Industrial Engineering, Architecture, or Business Administration (ADE), preferably with experience in the construction sector.
• At least 5 years of experience in contract management, negotiations, and cost control, preferably within the construction or industrial sectors.
